Terms of Sales
 

To book your private cruise on the Seine, simply call Pariswaterway on 06 67 08 59 22. You will know immediately if the time slot you have chosen is available and you can proceed directly to its reservation.

1.Option

The passed option gives priority right for 48 hours. However, this period may be interrupted by the firm request of another client wishing to reserve the same boat at the same time.
 

2. Reservation

Any reservation of a date is only validated upon receipt of a deposit of €100. This deposit can be paid by credit card via a link that will be sent to you or by bank transfer.

Once the deposit has been received, an email will be sent to you to confirm your reservation and give you the contact details of the skipper who you can contact if necessary.
 

3. Basis of invoicing

The number of participants must be confirmed in writing 24 hours before the service and will constitute the basis for invoicing. If the number of passengers on the day of the cruise is higher than expected, the supplement will be paid on site, directly to the skipper, according to the rates in effect on our site. If the number of passengers is lower, the base price agreed in advance will be payable without reduction.
 

4. Cancellation

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT BY CUSTOMERS
 

Cancellation charges are calculated as follows:
 

- In the event of total cancellation of the services or rentals, the Service Provider will collect from the Customer, as compensation, the deposits collected by Pariswaterway at the time of the reservation, which will not be returned and will come in compensation for the cancellation by the Customer. , except if after.
 

– In the event of cancellation due to the Covid-19 epidemic until September 15, a credit note valid for 18 months will be issued. If the credit note is not used within the 18-month period, the customer will be refunded.
 

- In the event of bad weather conditions announced (rain, snow, storms, etc.), the client may postpone or cancel his cruise up to 24 hours before departure. The deposit paid will then be refunded in full (excluding caterer). In case of postponement, simply contact Pariswaterway again to choose a new time slot and a new date subject to availability.
 

CANCELLATION BY PARISWATERWAY
 

In the event of cancellation of the cruise by Pariswaterway, an alternative date will be offered to customers. If it does not correspond to the availability of customers, the company will refund the full price already paid.
 

Cruises are subject to the rules of navigation established by the competent authorities. Cruises may therefore be canceled or modified at any time, from the time of booking, including the day scheduled for departure, in application of the aforementioned rules, in the event of bad weather likely to jeopardize the safety of the persons transported or in the event of mechanical damage and non-payment.
 

5. To Know
 

All our departures are from the Port de l'Arsenal at 67 boulevard de la Bastille in Paris or from Mazura Marine at 36 quai Alphonse le Gallo in Boulogne Billancourt.

For any specific stopover request, please contact us.

To avoid any delay, it is imperative that passengers arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Any delay on the part of customers will be deducted from the time of the cruise.

ParisWaterWay is in no way responsible for any object that has fallen into the water.
